Product Details

Galvanically Isolated Thermocouple Input

Connect a thermocouple directly to the input and receive a calibrated bipolar differential voltage output (up to ±10 V)—ready for PLCs, DAQs, and control systems. Full galvanic isolation protects your measurement from ground loops and high common-mode noise.

Wide Thermocouple Compatibility

Factory-configurable for Type B, E, J, K, N, R, S, or T thermocouples, covering sub-zero to high-temperature ranges with no polarity switching or field configuration required. A Custom mode is also available for raw thermocouple voltage output, MCU-linearized to your specification.

Application-Tuned Signal Processing

Output scaling, mapping, mains-notch filtering (50/60 Hz), and update rate are all firmware-defined and can be factory-tailored to your application—including custom linearization and scaling profiles. As an example, Type K ships mapped from −200 °C to +1372 °C at 137.2 °C/V.

Three-Domain Isolated Architecture

IsoBlock-T separates the Supply, Output, and Thermocouple domains to preserve accuracy even at microvolt-level signal resolution. This architecture keeps sensitive thermocouple readings clean in noisy, high common-mode industrial environments.
